COLT ZONE sees some great action!

The first of COLT ZONE action had three games on the schedule. All of the action was held in Shepherd Michigan a the High School Varsity Field. The weather was clear and the action was hot.
Game one had GREAT LAKES BAY AREA defeating CENTRAL MI STARS 7-5. It was a back and forth battle looking to finish the game. The second game had GLBA in action against CENTRAL MI 2 where GBLA handed them a 3-0 loss and dropping them into the losers bracket to face CENTRAL MI STARS. The win by GLBA sends them into the Championship game on Friday, July 27 at 12:00 p.m.
The final game showcased the CENTRAL MI STARS against the CENTRAL MI 2 team. The game went back and forth for awhile until the CM STARS pulled away and defeated the CENTRAL MI 2 team by the score of 14-0. The win by the CENTRAL MI STARS sets up a rematch with the GREAT LAKES BAY AREA team.
The winner will advance to the COLT WORLD SERIES August 3-8 in Marion Illinois.
