NORTH ZONE PONY TOURNAMENT GETS OFF TO A GREAT START!

THE BATS WERE BOOMING FOR GAME ONE!
As the 2024 PONY North Zone Tournament started play in Bay City Michigan four teams were swinging their bats. Game one on Thursday night saw Bay County White take the win over the ACBA All Stars out of Illinois 22-6. The action went back and forth until Bay City White started hitting the ball to take the lead and never looked back. ACBA allowed Bay County White 15 Hits throughout the night.
The ACBA All-Stars put six runs across the plate. Bay County White pitching tide the bats of ACBA allowing only 4-hits and leaving 4-runs on base. The ACBA All-Stars face off tonight against the Iroquois West All All Stars at 8:00 PM. The games are being played at Coryell Field in Bay City.

THE SECOND GAME SWUNG BACK AND FORTH UNTIL THE FINAL INNINGS!
The Bay County Red Team had to fight back after trailing the Iroquois West All Stars 9-4 in the early innings. The Bay County Red Team started their fight back as they trailed 11-7 in the later innings. They started a come back in he bottom of the sixth inning to tie the game 11-11. The Bay County Red then added 3 more runs to take the lead 14-11 in the bottom of the sixth inning. In the seventh inning Iroquois West All Stars couldn't get any runs across the plate.
