TOURNAMENT TEAM Affidavits are being sent...

With the 2019 PONY Tournaments getting ready to start in all age divisions. Affidavit Emails are being sent out to ALL League contacts that have turned in their Tournament Applications along with their TT Payment.

New this season is a new to fill out the AFFIDAVIT. League President's or League Contacts are sent the information to work through the process. Once the League part is completed the System will send out the Affidavit Shell to the Team Managers. Everything is online so we can make sure that we have all the correct information. We do ask that ALL MANAGERS print a Preview copy of their Affidavit to check for mistakes and missing information.

Once a Team is sure they have the Affidavit correct they just selectSUBMIT and the Affidavit is LOCKED. Print out a live copy to be signed by League President and all the Parents. Then the Affidavit will travel with the Team throughout the Tournaments.
